Weak kneed 5 days after hysterectomy?

Hi, I just found this app today. My hysterectomy was on Tuesday, and I'm weak-kneed. Did anyone have that? I am in slight pain all over. Should I still be taking pain meds? I only take the prescription ibuprofen now because the constipation was awful. Thanks!

You are still very early into your recovery so feeling pain at this point is completely normal. I remember taking my prescription medications for the first 2 weeks. I never experienced weak knees but perhaps others sisters can advise on that condition.

Continue to rest as much as you can, our bodies have been through a lot with surgery and it's going to take time to heal.
