11 days post hysterectomy: Pain around belly button ??

I had robot surgery 12/21 and was doing excellent, but one night I tried to roll over from side to belly and felt a very sharp pain above the navel, not too far from My incisions, which are glued shut. That was Thursday night, still today I am having intermittent pain in the area, there is no evidence that incisions are damaged, no infection, my OBGYN friend says the turning probably didn't rip anything inside, if it did and I was bleeding, I'd be weak and sick and at the ER by now. After laying still for two days with ice and ibuprofen the pain is less but not gone, I guess I'm wondering if anybody else has had pain round the belly button or incisions areas and if it lasts awhile. I have had lower abdominal pain, I think intestines adjusting to mass being gone and they need to learn to work well again, but the belly button pain is kinda getting to me... Any thoughts? If I lay flat in back, no issue, but sitting up, gets to me an issue...??
