TLH 10 days post hysterectomy: Pus and blood from incision site

I have some yellow pus and blood coming from one of my Lapo incision. My dr is out of town. Is this something I need checked out or can I give it some time.

I would call the Dr's office first thing in the morning. You don't want an infection ! Even if your Dr isn't available, s/he should have someone covering the patients. Try to keep it clean & dry - maybe stick a pad to your undies in the infected area to absorb the yukky stuff. I hope it isn't serious, and that you are feeling better soon!
