"Star"'s feeling Better-Thank you one & all

Just to let all of my hyster buddies out there know, I am feeling much better today. The deep breathing relaxation excercises really worked. I didn't even take a valium. I even got to sleep through the night last night!

I am now starting to realize, what will get done, will get done. What won't, won't! Why do we go into these cleaning and cooking frenzies? It just made my sadly anemic body even more tired.

But I had a much better day today. With the support and suggestions of my "sisters" I have survived yet another hurdle. I know I will feel a little panicky again before the weekend is over, but this too shall pass!
