HELP!!! Did something I wasn't supposed to

Dr said pelvic rest til my next check up (8wks) post op..... Well... Hub and I did outercourse and now I'm super freaked. I am def crampy. I just want some reassurance and to hear if any other ladies have done this when they weren't sup to. Of course I'm not asking for med advice just to commiserate with others.

Guilty! Lol I told my dr on the visit following our "slip up" and he laughed! Lol he said I was more than likely fine but if I felt feverish of any bleeding to let him know right away. None of that ever happened to me so I'm hoping the same for you

Thank you for the reassurance. How many weeks post op were you when you had your oppsie? So you were told now frisky business either?

i got the ok at 3wks she said to wait until i was done taking flagyl. I did. It felt a little crampy afterwards too, no bleeding though.

I haven't had any bleeding this whole recovery so that's been good. What is flagyl?

The cramping has subsided mostly but that's prob due to the fact that I took a pain pill. I also overdid it yesterday as we went to Cleveland for a concert. So that too prob has impacted the way I feel today. It was just super hard being out of town in a hotel alone with my hubby. It was just meant to be a quick take care of him (sorry tmi but I figure this is OUR place to share. Lol) and, well, y'all know the rest.

I can't tell y'all enough that I have loved being able to visit this site during my recovery. It really helps to have a group of ladies that understand. Where I can ask questions and hear others stories as well.

Oh ok I've seen it mentioned a few times.

my husband and I had outercourse at the 3 week mark and I was crampy from the orgasm but it went away a few hours later. The dr said it was ok.
