Nearly 4 weeks post hysterectomy - sharp, intermittent pain

I'm new here and before I get to my question, I just want to say this website is an absolutely invaluable resource for any woman navigating the unfamiliar waters of "female trouble". Bravo!

I had a dVH/RALH-LSO (I hope my abbreviations are right) on April 22, 2014. I had an RSO many years ago when I was a teenager, so all my lady parts have left the building. So far haven't had anything unexpected occur during my recovery until this past weekend. Saturday I had a very small amount of bloody vaginal discharge but thanks to information I found on this wonderful website, I suspect this occurred because of dissolving stitches.

Last night and this morning, however, I've been experiencing a sharp, intermittent pain where my left ovary used to be. The pain is not constant, more like a brief, really sharp twinge with no fever or lingering discomfort. It's not something that worries me yet but I am curious if anyone else has experienced this.
