Don't be paralyzed with fears and what if's. You do need to move around. My doctor actually told me to go up and down the stairs a few times a day. She said it would be good for me. Also heps to expel that gas!! Go on your vacation and have fun--just don't carry any luggage!

if you were asking me about bleeding? None since the first day after surgery. I feel pulling on the inside some now and then but no real pain (Thankfully!). My problem is dealing with the heat this past couple of days...we've been up to the low 80's and it seems my no-ovary (no HRT) body is going to be a cry baby and get hot easily...LOL. I assume I will adjust and thankfully there are always shorts, tanks, flip flops and a portable fan

Yes I was asking you it has been warm here too...have the air conditioner on in the house. Spring has sprung!!!!
