How long does it take for cuff stitches to heal?

As long as it takes. Sorry, I don't have a better answer. Most women find their stitches have dissolved by 6-8 weeks out, but I've seen women comment that they still have undissolved stitches at 12 weeks.

If you are concerned I would call your doctor's office and ask.

I asked my doctor how long for the stitches to disolve and she told me 6 months. I wonder if she meant to say 6 weeks. weird.

I'm 7 weeks out and still have all my stitches.. my Dr said 8 weeks is when they should be gone, but no worries if they're not

I've read that it can take several months for them all to heal.

My doctor told me yesterday, at the minimum of 12 weeks, but usually longer for the majority.
