Oh What Stress Can Do To A Person

I have been so stressed the past week, I have lost 10 lbs without really trying. Not that I am complaining or anything. I have a pair of 'my favorite jeans'. Up till this morning, they were so tight I couldn't breath in em (thanks Lupron for the weight gain). Anywho, now I almost need a belt.. LOL

Stress is stress.... but losing weight is a good thing!

By the way........ 4 days to go!

Amy S.

I soooooooooo know how you feel. I've lost 10 lbs. too........I'm waiting on my biopsy results. This is the 7th day. I'm calling the doctor's office this morning just in case they "forgot" to call.
Hang in there girl, you're nearly there!!!!!!!!

Good news

Hey Amy, way to go! What a nice post to read first thing in the morning.

My surgery is still five weeks away, but I feel stressed out to the point of nausea. My hubby has been on travel this week, so I'm sure that is part of it, not to mention being at a Little League game until past 11 p.m. (yes, 13 and 14 year olds, on a school night!!)

I was just thinking that I sure don't feel like eating. Maybe I can lose a few lbs. before my surgery. That would be great!

Keep us posted.

I know you are stressed out and anxious. One thing I found to help me was eating my favorite foods. I knew that I wouldn't be back to normal eating for a while after surgery, so I took this opportunity to eat all the things I love. Please make sure to get enough norishment each day. You don't want to weaken your body down so far, by not eating that your surgery is postponed!

Talk to your doctor if you don't have an appetite, that's something they need to know before and after surgery!
