3 weeks post hysterectomy: Hemorrhoids or something else?

A couple of days ago I was terribly constipated, finally I had a BM with a lots of pain. Since then I'm in pain, I can hardly sit, I have this staving pain in my rectal area moving towards the front.
I had hemorrhoids before the hysterectomy. Is this it or did I strained something. The pain is so bad. Anyone else experienced this?
