Yes, we gear up for this, go thru all the emotions, then have to start over. Where are you from Hikerme?

My surgery is scheduled for the 27th (next Thursday). I was told to take 7 days of the progesterone to try to clean out the uterus before surgery. I started what should be my last period today (finally, last pill was Tuesday!). YAY. So I have 5 days to flush enough out. I'm hoping that I'll feel/be awesome afterwards, but of course scared I won't be.

I have 5 days to go. I go to the castle friday the 28th. I have been waiting since Oct. 3rd. Going by quick but this last week is killing me, wish it was done and over with already. Waiting is the hardest part.

You got a pretty quick surgery date SHY32. You are obviously from the USA!!!! Waiting is the hardest part. KEEP busy this last week and it will take your mind off it. My surgery is in 3 weeks and I am stressing out. I am keeping busy, doing Christmas baking. MY family is going to have so many sweets this year, they are going to go into sugar overload. BUT at least its whiling away my time. Next week is HOUSE CLEANING. I want the place sparkling.

Hehe, I started Christmas Baking, too - yesterday! . Today marks the officially one-month-til point. Looking forward to saying "in less than a month " Good luck to all those still waiting! Looks like quite a few of you this week!

I decided I wanted to have surgery oct.9th had my dr. call.with my date on oct.14th. My pre op is Nov. 2nd and surgery is Nov. 28th. I can't wait to feel better.

I found out October 15th that I needed a hysterectomy and will be having my surgery November 18th. Not much time to sit around and worry but not much time to plan, If I had it my way Id be done with it already since Ive had problems since 2007 and have been trying to convince doctors that if I just have one it would end all this mess and I can move on with my life.

Mine is November 22nd! I am so nervous, constipation is getting worse. Going to miss going out for thanksgiving.

I hope I don't come home on thanksgiving day, I want my son to enjoy the holiday with family and friends.

15 HOURS! Really nervous...started this last summer. I have really large fibroids and can't wait to get them out. My uterus feels like a brick pushing down on my cervix. Pretty much all set.

Mine is scheduled for November 11. So about 3 weeks. I am still so scared and nervous.
