Granulation Tissue

Has anyone else had problems with granule tissue. I have had mine burnt off in the doctors office, then 4 weeks after that had it cut off. On July 18th I will find out if I need more surgery to correct the healing. I will also get the pathology report on July 18th Had surgery on April 4th, was off work until June 1st My mind hasd just been going around in circles, it is a good thing I have a husband who is very caring and Children that help around the house. My girlfreind had to go through this by herself, she has a teenage son, but my husband goes over to help her with any yard work and any heavy lifting. He has even gone over there to help carry in the groceries.

I'm sorry you've been experiencing this problem. I'm afraid I can't help, but there are ladies around who have had similar problems and I hope someone will be along soon.

In the meantime, take care!

Granulation Tissue

Corona 2004,

I had my surgery back in January. Everything was going great until about six weeks ago when I started to have a discharge. Granulation. I have had it treated three times so far, was sent to the urologist to see if I had a sling related leak (no dice) and then back to the gyn. I have had three silver nitrate treatments and still I leak. This is really old! I thought I was done with the pads...no such luck.

My Gyn can't see anything else. Be happy that at least they can see what is causing you problems. I have cried more than I would like to admit, and worse, I am back on Ativan cause I am so upset over this.
