please pray for poop

praying for poop ... I definitely understand. My first poop after surgery was 4 days later. I was getting really concerned. My DH held my hand while I tried to go. Eating a few prunes and taking metamucil and a supposotory all helped, finally. On my 4th day going poo-poo was a MAJOR thing. I started to get much better after that.

Still eating prunes and metamucil. I take a small dose of metamucil once per day. The instructions say 3 times per day, but once works well for me.

Sorry! I was constipated post surgery too. My nurse told me to try warm prune juice (2 cups) it did the trick. Hope you feel better sooooooon.
