To walk or not to walk?

I felt the same way the first few days. I felt great one day and I was flat on my back the next. I think I was the most miserable before I had my first bowel movement. After that, slow but sure, I am getting better daily. I still have this horrible gassy feeling all the time and the pressure that I feel before i actually pass the gas is horrible. Drink lots of water and do try and walk to get things moving.

I had gas for almost 3.5 weeks and one day if just stopped. It will go away and as I have said before "there is more room out here than there is in there" !
