Hot Flashes/Incision bleeding

I was just wondering if there are any suggestions on helping me get through my hot flashes, especially at night.........I am trying to avoid hormones. Also, I am 2 and a half weeks post op and last night my incision began bleeding just a small amount at one spot about the size of a pencil tip. There are no signs of infection, the incision looks good actually, there is just alot of burning inside. I am assuming it is from tissue and stuff healing inside. Thanks

If anything else changes with your incision, or it continues to seep/drain, best to have it checked out.
