Help - stabbing pain

Please let me know if I'm the only one out here having this pain! I'm 18 days postop TAH/BSO, removed cervix, made vaginal cuff, appendectomy, bladder and bowel repair - 6.5 hour surgery with 3 surgeons.

I'm having MAJOR pains that feel as though I'm being stabbed in my vagina. I've read this may be the nerves waking up but this has been going on for 3 days now and is worse at night. I'm taking Ibuprofen 800 mg and Vicodin and it's not touching the pain. I have ice packs on me to try to help.

Has anyone else had this? Is it normal? I so have to call the doctor tomorrow. Did you have anything that helped relieve this pain?
