Vagina is different!...Confused!

I am around 4-5 week post-op for a total assisted vaginal hyster. I saw my Dr. 2 days ago and he gave us the okay to have sex. So we did and my husband said I felt really loose. Which is the total opposite of what I was before surgery. I also could feel the difference as well. I looked on here and I see alot of women actually got tighter not loose. So should I be concerned? Is there anyone else that experienced this? I also cramp alittle after sex but other than that all else is normal. Thanks.

Did you have your ovaries removed? If so are you on HRT? These can have some issues with the vaginal tissue. I am really surprised your husband told you that you felt loose. My DH would never have the courage to tell me that. Maybe you should ask your doctor. Maybe you can do kegels. Good Luck.

Yes my ovaries are removed as well as the cervix. I am also currently on hormone patches. Yeah my husband and I are very out in the open about everything. I simply asked if it felt the same and he told me. But like I said I also could feel a difference. Thanks.

Are you on estrogen only or are you getting progesterone also? My doctor says the progesterone is good for the vagina also.
