saw my mom last night...

I don't have any "D"'s either (except for 2 dear cats). I am always talking to my father who passed away in 2003 and my mother who followed in 2005. We are always surrounded by them and all of the angels assigned to watch over us. The licence plate on my car confirms this. It was not chosen by me but was the luck of the draw at the motor vehicle licensing office where the car salesman purchased them.

I still get goosebumps whenever I look at it and I can always feel his presence with me, keeping me safe.
Am I a nut case? I don't think so and I really don't care if anyone thinks I am. I am aware of the guiding forces in my life and believe that more people need to be in tune with their spiritual sides in order to find the peace and happiness they say they are lacking.

dear katzz in case you need any more confirmation that we are being led, my father's birthday was also september 1st.

I think my mom knew i was handling things okay and thats why she didnt come -- and that is also why she appeared now.

And from now on i have two DC's -- Devoted Cats!!

That is almost too bizarre....the goosebumps are just starting to go down. We are obviously being led in the same direction and I am now able to go there without fear or trepidation.

i will probably be fearful and trepidatious, but I will still try to keep up with you!

I do think there is no such thing as coincidence, that this is all part of God's plan, including our sadness now and our triumphant healing tomorrow.

I have always believed that myself. There are no coincidences and everything happens for a reason. We don't always know why people come into our lives when they do but I know that we are meant to learn something from everyone we meet and to hold one other's hand when feeling lost or scared.

My DS has been in this ask lots of questions mode lately. He asked me last night if elephants can swim. All I could think of was your pink elephant. It gave me a chuckle.
