On HRT - tiredness and lack of sleep still, natural remedies to try???

I am 5 yeas post hysterectomy, I went back onto HRT last year after a stroke 4 years ago.

I am still extremely tired and sleep isn't great. I would like to try some natural remedies and also some advice as to what vitamins I should be taking that might help? I have to be careful as on statins and blood thinners.

I do take various vitamins, Menoserene, calcium, vitamins d, evening primrose oil, omega 3.

It would be great to know what other people take and the strength they are using?

Any help gratefully received

I also had a stroke and on those meds, I would check with your doctor as so many supplements/food are a no no with those. I have to google absolutely everything for interactions
