Need help, I can't be the only one.

This is very interesting to me because I do suffer from migraines anyways. I usually drink 1 cup in the am and another (usually soda) in the afternoon. I tried to not drink caffine and my had more migraines. I didn't think about this being a problem. I also smoke and want to quite. I have tried and failed. It worries me about not being able to at all for 2-3 days. My husband also smokes so when I try I do good when he isn't here but when he starts up around me it is torcher. Any and all ideas about either will help. Thanks to everyone on your help! This site is so great!!!

Need help, I can't be the only one.

Jennifer,

I too am a smoker and so is my lovely hubby. I am concerned with being a smoker and the anesthesia. The doctor told me to slow down on the cigs to a couple a day the few days before the surgery and I should be alright. My husband & I did quit cold turkey this year for 3 1/2 months, but we were dumb enough to start back up...**-hum....just seems to be so hard to not play that mind game on a daily basis. Wish I could help with knowing how to quit , but I guess I'm not the one to help you...lol

Big Hugs,

Mich
