discharge after colpo

I had a colpo and biopsy 2 weeks ago. I felt ok a few days after, but for the last week I've had a dull pain in my cervix when I lift something or suddenly turn around. Is this normal? Also, this is gross, but 2 days after the procedure while spotting, I was expelling something like strips of tissue (?) Has anyone had this?

i had a colposcopy in 1996, a leep in 1996 and a uterine biopsy this year.i had pain after the colp and leep for a week or so. i also passed chunks or strips of tissue after all 3 procedures. give your doc a call if anything troubles you. dee

Hi, I haven't had that procedure but agree that a call to your dr might be a good idea. I'll be saying a pray that everything is ok with you. Please let us know what you learn.
