help me--could this be hormones even with one ovary after hysterectomy?

Ok, I had a partial hysterectomy. My uterus and one ovary was taken. I am dealing with major mood swings, hair loss, fatigue and loss of appetite.
My situation is a little different. I had to have a second surgery and have still not healed. I have a genetic disorder that has caused extra complications.
My question is... does this sound like a hormonal issue? We had hoped leaving one ovary would keep my levels where they should be, But I feel awful.
I am still on pain meds for pain... so that may be part of it. what do you think.

I can tell you how surgery effected me, I had a TAH, total abdominal hysterectomy and I kept 1 ovary.

I myself have been getting hot flashes. woke up this morning and I must have had a sweating period lol, because I felt like I was soaked. I never had that before.

I'm assuming its the hormones kickin in., or being all weird for me.

Definetely sound hormonal. Even though you kept one ovary it may be taking time to get your hormones up where they need to be. I am 9 days post op and have been on estradiol since surgery and have not had one single hot flash or mood swing. I do get weepy from time to time but I just contribute that to trauma
