Will a Hysterectomy help other things

Will my other monthly things clear up once I have my hysterectomy? Like yeast infections. Systs. Modyness. Sore legs and hips. Cold sores.

A great deal depends on whether or not you retain your ovaries. I did, and for me, my PMS symptoms have decreased greatly even though I kept the ovaries. In fact, other than ovulation pain (which I've had since I first started menstruating), I don't feel much of anything in that regard. Other ladies report that their PMS symptoms (which might include the moodiness or other complaints you have) are just the same , or even more intense, if they keep their ovaries.

If you are not keeping your ovaries, then you may be faced with some more difficult symptoms of surgical menopause, and the added difficulty of trying to find hormone replacement therapy (if that's what is recommended for you).
