Will I still go for yearly's? No uterus, cervix....

My doctor recommended that I still come every year for a pelvic exam....there are still issues that a women can have involving the vagina, so it is best to get that checked once a year. He also said he would do a vaginal swab every other year to replace my yearly pap test. Just to make sure everything is good there. He will also do my yearly breast exam.

Although fairly rare, a women can develop vaginal cancer, so it is important not to ignore that are just because everything else has been removed.

I have no problem with it at all...not my favorite annual event, but if it keeps me healthy, then I'm all for it!!!
