6 weeks post op a little help please

I am 6 week post op I have had a letter from hospital that my check up is middle of Sep, a few questions I would like to ask.....what can I do now apart from resting washing up and short walks, I have been really good and have everything done for me but now I feel ok and want to do a few more things myself.
The other thing is I was fine 2 weeks post op but the last 4 weeks I have had a problem when I cough I leak if I can get to hold myself then I dont but its not easy when you are out, is this normal I do pelvic floor excersise is that what these excercises are for? also do I need to go to doctor for internal to see if all is well before I have intercourse?

You should call and schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss the bladder leakage and have a cuff check to make sure you are healed enough for intercourse.
