5 weeks~ bodies getting soft

By No means am I in shape but I can sure tell I haven't been doing much. I really looked in the mirror this morning. OMG, it was nasty, I've got rolls.
I'm a mail carrier and usually walk 4 hours a day. I've only walked 3 times for a 1/2 hour each. I'm going to have to get out there, give off of my rear and exercise....

I've also been stressing about going back to work. Love the Job, don't like the boss~i'm not the only one. I dont' go for my check-up until the 14th. So I'm hoping to talk the dr into 2 more weeks off. 1) because of the stress 2) Because of the amount we lift~ up to 70lbs. and carrying a 35lb bag around.
The boss is suppose to be going to another office for 6 months. So If I can talk Dr into at least one more week
maybe she'll be gone by then. Because my supervisor has been through this and understands but the boss, even though it's a women, doesn't.

How is everyone else doing? I have been very busy the last couple of days. Has a little bit of discharge but mainly feel like I've been doing situps.

Well for myself I have lost 3kg's and my tummy looks better I think.. So can't wait to get back on the treadmill. But had a couple of sore days so, its time to rest more.

Sure be careful about those weights at work.
