granuloma in vaginal cuff- how can I prevent it from getting worse

Hi, ladieshi, sisters! .
Just had my 2 week post op appt and the doc found a granuloma- she also mentioned that it could be a Fallopian tube prolapse, but it hit me after the appointment, that she took both Fallopian tubes out?! She said if it bleeds again, especially after resuming intercourse in 6 weeks, she would use silver nitrate.

My question is-besides the restrictions we've all heard a million times over, is there something extra I can do help this granuloma heal? I've tried googling how to prevent a granuloma and I can't find anything on the subject. More rest? Also, why didn't she just apply silver nitrate now?

I was given an estrogen creme to heal my cuff not that it's working lol but maybe soon. Also, I would take a vitamin C supplement.

Thanks for the recommendation. I ended up having to go back into the doc today due to significant bright red bleeding. About 1 pantyliner/ hour. By the time I went in this this afternoon, doc said the cuff incision was totally healed shut but the granuloma was the size of a pea and looked like it had a clot.

I'm praying for a total recovery and will start vitamin c right away! Any idea about vit c dosage?
