Intro

Hello Ladies!

I have been reading here for quite some time and decided I should introduce myself. I am a 25 year old mother of three and having a LAVH (hopefully TAH if not possible) on February 13th.

I have read almost every post it seems and have taken every bit of information I can to make this as smooth as possible for my family.

Thank for being so dedicated to us LIW as we need all the advice and support we can get.

I can't even think of a question that hasn't been ansered by yet so I will continue my reading!!

I could have posted a similar thread just before my surgery in May 2002, I did the same thing as you, reading, researching, following links, scribbling down good ideas and suggestions and thinking, "what would I have done without this site!"

I was a mite bit older than you when I had my LAVH plus a few other repairs, but was still able to get up the first night and have a wash, and showering the next day was pure bliss! Take care, keep posting! Linda
