LAVH 8 days post hysterectomy - burning & stinging sensation left abdomen & flank

Good Morning Ladies! I'm 8 days postop, had uterus, cervix & left ovary removed due to severe endometriosis. (35yrs old / 2 kiddos) My pain has been manageable, very little pain actually. I had a lot of blood loss during surgery which left me with severe anemia. So I'm on strick bed rest because of the dizziness & shortness of breath....which is getting better. (Md orders - rest & grow some red blood cells.) Since Monday, after my MD appt., I'm experiencing left sided burning, achy, stinging 'twinge' pain in my lower abdomen - not near my incision & left sided flank discomfort. I have no trouble urinating or with bowel movements. I do however, still have a good bit of gas. It feels better when I lie down but when I stand up, I feel like I need to hold my abdomen. Weirest thing. Just when I think I'm feeling ok, my body tells me otherwise. Has anyone experienced this??
