3 weeks post hysterectomy - pain at incision sites

I am three weeks post op and am wondering if it is normal for me to be still having pain at my incision sites from the laparoscopic stuff.

yes. My Dr. said it's only a problem if they are very red.

Yep I still have pain in mine mostly my one in my belly button. But yea it will take time to heal.

hi Jess Well Im 8 weeks post op Laporoscopic Sacralcolpopexy Totally diff op to you but had four incision sites and still seem to get the odd pain bit like contractions especially after having bowels open and tum button has only just healed had alot of pains around that too Think some of us take longer to heal so take care xxx

Hi there! I can tell you i have 4 incisions points. Only one is still bothersome to me and that's the one in my belly button. Im 3 weeks post op on this coming Monday. As long as they aren't red or oozzzing, my doc said not to worry to much about them.
