what luck....:0(

I got a call last night from my ob/gyn's nurse... when they schedualed me for my surgery on 7-27-04, the need an assist... and the assit office thought my office said 7-22.... well comes to find out the assist is not available on that day...... and I will probably have to reschedual to 8-10-04..... she is going to try to rearrange the schedual for the 27th, but if she can't I am out of luck...... Ihad everything all worked out.... if it isn't until the 10th of aug, I won't be seeing my kids from July 22 until the 3/4th of Sept...... arrrgghh...!!!!! I am so frustrated right now...... and I won't know until Monday....

i know it is frustrating. the anxiousness before surgery can be overwhelming especially when things don't go as planned.

try to remember that sometimes things can happen for a reason. think of all of those people on 9/11 who had a blister and stopped at a store so were late for work, or had to stay home with a suddenly sick child, or missed their train. all of those frustrating inconveniences led to them being alive today.

i'm not saying that your situation is as extreme as that one, but it is interesting and somehow can be a little soothing to think of the things like those that happen every single day.

take some deep breaths and know that it will work out. this or that way.
