2 weeks today
Hi Rose, boy do I know what you are going through!! My 2 week anniversary is today. I had the LVAH/BSO on April 17th at a young 35. I also suffer from hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, the whole ordeal. It gets so frustrating, one minute you are laughing and the next you are laying in a puddle of tears. The only thing that keeps me going is knowing this is only temporary!! Talk to your doctor and work with him/her with the HRT.
Life is out there waiting for us to get better so we can enjoy it. Stay positive and sleep all you need to. The only short cut to healing is resting, as hard as that is.
I subscribed to NetFlix to help with the boredom. I rent funny movies, ones that make ME feel good and smile!!
Remeber, this is only temporary and as a fellow "Punctured Princess" at the same milestone on our journey, I am wishing you all of the best and lots of smiles and hugs. Please take care of yourself, the rest will come in time.
