For those using vaginal estrace, do you also use vagifem?

Wondering if any of you using the vaginal Estrace - are you also needing/using vaginal estrogen like cream or Vagifem? There are days I feel like I could use more vaginal estrogen though other days I don't think so... (similar to when I used Femring).

And for those who do not need supplemental vaginal estrogen, what dose of the Estrace do you use?

For those that do need to supplement, what do you use?

I use a small amount of Premarin cream twice a week and Vagifem twice a week. A woman urologist told me years ago that the Premarin gave the most impressing results (in her opinion) for the atrophy.

I am really happy with moisture/lubrication I get from the vaginal estrace tabs alone.
