Natural Progesterone Cream

I have seen progesterone cream mentioned on here, but I didn't really know what it was used for, how it was used, etc. So I googled it. From what I am reading, it says it's a remedy for:

Uterine Fibroids
Endometriosis
PMDD-Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder
PCOS-Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Estrogen Dominance
Irregular Bleeding
Anovulation(Lack of Ovulation)
Luteal Phase Defect/Infertility
Premenstrual & Chronic Headaches
Depression, Anxiety & Sadness
Menopause Hot Flashes
Vaginal Dryness
Urinary Incontinence
Skin Conditions
Weight Gain
Breast Pain
Sleep Difficulties
Low Sex Drive

I have SEVERAL of those issues - will it REALLY help with all that? Are there any complications to using this cream? I would like to hear from others that have used it & either have success w/it or problems w/it.

I will ask my doctor about it, but would like to hear from you all about it. Thanks!

Natural Progesterone Cream

I have been using natural progesterone cream for years. I started using for my endo. It helped alot with the pain and cramping. About 6 months prior to my hysterectomy it just wasn't enough. The one thing about natural progesterone cream is that it can take 3 to 4 months to see a difference and you may get worse before you get better. But, it does make a difference for alot of women.

When I had my surgery my doctor found adhesions and very little endo. Where in the past my endo was every where so I know it helped me more.

I'm now using natural progesterone cream for menopause and it is helpful there as well.

The one thing I recommend is getting a good quality natural progesterone cream. There is a difference. I started with the lower quality then when I realized it was helping me I changed over to the better quality.

There are two books written by Dr John Lee I highly recommend either. What your doctor may not tell you about menopause or what your doctor may not tell you about premenopause.

He also has a web site that has alot of information as well.

I hope this helps you,

Sharon
