4 weeks post w/ low blood pressure- call dr?

I'm one month post op and had an infection of the vaginal cuff a week after surgery. Finished my antibiotics and had the extra office visit w/ my doc and while there they said my BP was 100/70, which is a little low for me. I've ALWAYS been 120/80. Well, I've continued having dizzy spells, the shakes, exhaustion (which is supposed to be normal, right?), can't concentrate sometimes and just feel blah, even when I'm in a fantastic mood! So, I went to Rite Aid today and took my BP at the urging of my mom and it came back 98/65 w/ resting heartrate @ 79. I eat fine, drink lots of fluids, am getting 8-10 hrs of sleep a night, not overdoing it.

Could all of this just be my body adjusting to the surgery or do you think it's time to call the dr for yet another problem?

Well, it certainly can't hurt to call the doctor's office and ask them, right?

Yes call your doctor in case you still have an infection going on.

Are you still taking pain meds? When I was taking percocet that is how I felt(dizzy,tired, unable to concentrate)
