Scared, 8 weeks out.

I called the doctor this afternoon since I'm still in a lot of pain. Doctor told me that I had an abscess and that the walls around an abscess is very hard to penetrate and that it will take time for the antibiotics to get thru it to clear it up. So, unless i have new symptoms I just have to deal with the pain. I do go back to dr on Wednesday. He did say I would need another CT scan and there is a possibility that I will need to have surgery. I pray not. So, I'm just taking it easy and taking my pain meds and antibiotics.

I am so sorry to hear of this. I hope the antibiotics start working soon for you to help you with the pain.

hygienist: I am so sorry for all you are going through. Hopefully the antibiotics will work to get rid of the infection. You are in my prayers for a speedy recovery.

hygienist I am so sorry to hear of all you trouble. I hope you are starting to feel better and the medication is working. Please just take it easy and take care of yourself. Sounds like you have a great guy on your side. Hang in there.

I'm doing much better. I'am trying to only take the percocet at bedtime. I have taken 2 toradol all day. My husband came home early from work and scolded me because the bed was stripped and I had the washer and dryer going. He told me he would have done that and I don't need to over do. I don't think I did to much. I only did that one thing and then sat or napped. I'm so tired of doing nothing. I so hope I can go back to work next week.

Had dr. appt. Cleared for work. Next appointment on December 1. No sex or exercise til then. Very grateful for a good appt..
