4 weeks out - sore..NOW?

I'm 4 weeks out this week from my LAVH, Sling and Rectocele. I was a little sore in my lower ab the first few days home getting up. Afterwards, I did really well as far as that goes.

Last week the dr. released me from my weight lifting restriction up to 30 pounds. Still no vaccuming nor intercourse. So I've been doing a little more but still resting some through out the day. I did have a bladder infection that I"m taking antibiotics for and feeling better from.

The past few day my lower abdomen as been very sore to move. Especially to get up. It feels almost as if I can stand up straigt like something has been tied too tight.

Have I over done it, is this from the UTI or something else?

Anyone else experienced this?

Thanks ladies,

when I was a LIW, I would read post where ladies said that your body will tell you when you need to rest or you've over done it. I guess this is one of those time they were speaking of!
