Becoming a little annoyed

Ok I am starting to become a little annoyed with my doctors office. I took in the paper work for her to fill out for my Leave of absense so I can get paid - hello- and of course she still hasn't returned it to my companies HR dept. I mean really it should be routine and take only a few moments to fill out, I even wrote out instructions for her
The surgery coordinator also hasn't contacted my insurance company to get the dang surgery covered in network ( there are not in network dr. where I leave) And the insurance company says they can take up to 5 days to respond to that request. I know I am only 4.5 weeks out until H-day but for cryin out loud could we possibly get a little organized Puhleeeeez!

Gee can you tell I am just a little bit anxious at the thought of being cut open

Becoming a little annoyed

Steph,
Boy was I in your shoes a couple of weeks ago! I had to get my paperwork from my reconstructive specialist to an On-Post Army Doc to approve of the surgery... then it had to be sent to the military insurance people... then my DH basically bugged them to death daily to make sure it was processed in time! I finally got the approval the day before my pre-op... I know how aggravating it can be, but you have time on your side.... you should be good to go by the time your day arrives! Best of luck. Keep smiling, it really helps

Becoming a little annoyed

Desiree the joy of Army medicine. Both my Dad and uncle where in the military so I have heard a lot of paperwork stories I know I am just being anal but sometimes you just need to have instance gratification Good luck on Wednesday. I will be out golfing that afternoon getting in a few last rounds of fun. I have been trying to cram a lot of things in, in the next few weeks so I won't feel like the entire summer just blew by. Fingers are crossed the ovaries stay

Thanks

I agree with the needing instant gratification... that's why my DH took over dealing with it... it was causing me to loose it I'll cross my fingers for you too... I'm hoping to keep my ovaries too!
