"it will stop" no real comfort to me... but, my hair was falling out like I was having chemo! it was very scarey, I figured I would be bald soon... but, it stopped & went back to normal... it took a few months but it did stop... don't worry yours will too... Almost 2 weeks-losing hair, help please

I think we all have experienced this. and Although it is really scary, it does slow, and finally stop. For some it takes longer than others. For me, it took about 6 weeks, but it finally slowed down, and after another couple of weeks, it stopped. I think it has a lot to do with the surgery, and all the drugs we are given.
Hugs to you

Hair loss

Yes, it's quite normal. I lost a ton of hair after my gastric bypass, luckily I have a lot of hair. No one else noticed, but my house, clothes and car were covered in hair. Yuck! An aquaintance of mine did have some severe hair loss, but laser treatments brought it all back for her.

Good luck.
