Hello everyone, I should find out today when my surgery is scheduled for. I've gotten all testing done...the sonograms the biopsy the ekg's and such you have to go beforehand. Now I just wait.

We just moved in to a four bedroom house and there is SO much I want to do as far as redectorating but doc tells me I can't even bend over at the waist and that I'm supposed to rest. She also tells me I have to stop the Megace and bleed before surgery...OH JOY. So, I guess I get to look at the horribly ugly wallpaper in my bedroom for all those weeks! LOL!

Surgery is TAH, taking the cervix and hopefully leaving the ovaries as I'm only 37. I wanted a vaginal surgery but doc says my uterus is way too big to take out that way. I will be glad to get the surgery done, the recovery I'm not looking forward to!

Well maybe you can at least get the wallpaper done in your bedroom before surgery, or whatever room you'll be nesting in for the first couple of weeks. If not, look at it this way....You will have lots of time to carefully consider & plan your designs during recovery. Just be sure to follow your doc's instructions. Good luck!
