Did you ever talk to your doctor to find out if the problem could be granulation? Ladies can have issues with granulation even a few years post hysterectomy.
Other things to consider, could you have vaginal endometriosis that is being irritated during intercourse? Are you having hormonal issues that are leading to vaginal dryness or atrophy that is causing cracks or abrasions that is causing bleeding? Do you have an infection or bladder concern?
I hope you can talk to your doctor(s) about what is going on and find some answers!
