Struggle No More

Well, my VPH was yesterday, Feb 1 4 @ 7am. A little more bleeding than expected during the surgery but all went well. I was able to retain my ovaries. Once I got in my room without a catheter I was up going potty within a couple of hours. It was pretty easy going. Today however is a different story. My second day is more sore than the first. I think after surgery meds have worn completely off I am really feeling it. But, I have been for a 2 laps around the unit. My darling fiance' is making all of this bearable and will I appreciate him. All in all I was never ready for this to happen but it had to. HysterSisters helped me gain a peace of mind that I was struggling to capture. Thanks HysterSisters. You have been a blessing to me.

Struggle No More

lockswm ,
I'm glad everything went well for you. I hope that you continue to feel better with each passing day. The next two weeks you will feel tired, so just relax in front of your television or grab a good book. Remember, ignore those energy bursts that may come and rest, rest, rest! Let that great guy of yours take care of you! Muah!
