LSH Sex 2 1/2 weeks post op?

Had my one and only post op today. Feeling pretty darn good. DH went with, and heard the clean bill of health, read the pathology report and heard the doc say: "All clear for activity as tolerated, including sex, though you may want to wait another few weeks on ab crunches...."

I am very glad to hear this, and I feel very confident that DH will heed the "as tolerated" portion of that sentence. But I must admit I am surprised received an all clear on all activity.

I have observed that LSH ladies seem to have the quickest recoveries, too. I have also noticed that I feel much better now than I did pre-op - so I am kind looking forward the test drive if you know what I mean....

So help me out LSH ladies - How long did you wait & how'd it turn out?

I had my post-op yesterday, and it will be three weeks since my LSH on Wednesday. I was also cleared to resume activities with no restrictions. We went for it last night, and I have to say, it was awesome!!! Started out slow and careful just in case, but, um, ended up full throttle with no problems. I've had a history of painful intercourse for years now, so to be able to do that and not have any pain AND not be bleeding afterward was incredible!!

I feel better than I did pre-op, too. I feel like a new person!!
