LSH & OS. Left side pain, nausea n BM

Hello my dear sisters. I hope y'all are doing well.

Now, I kept my right ovary n my right side insicion is very small n not problems on my right side.
My left side however...is hurting me a lot. Is like my skin (outside) is sore and in the inside feels like I'm on fire. I find myself limping cuz I can't walk straight due to the pain and discomfort. It also feels like something is ripping apart inside... Hence the fire feeling.
I haven't been talking my pain killers as much as I was the first 4days. I'm managing the pain on my own. I have taken the ibuprofen to help a lil.
I've been very nauseous at night n early mornings. I don't throw up but feel close to it.

I'm also having lose BM... I've read on other posts that is normal. But I'm wondering how normal is it? I get cramps that make me feel like I'm gonna faint before I go bathroom. I am taking GasX to help with gas too.

So how normal are this pains? I'm still extremely bloated I look prego! Nothing fits n I can't even wear my body shaper because it hurts.

Owww.... I just wanna feel better.

PS. I am single and I have had to pick up my son, doctor said it was ok since I have no choice as my mom has gone back to work and I have no one else to help most of the day. So I'm guessing maybe holding baby has hurt me slightly? But I promise you... I'm being super careful... I don't hold him much only when extremely necessary.
