Could this be an ovarian cyst?

I am 2 weeks post-op from a LAVH (kept both my ovaries) and I have been having pains on my left side (once in awhile on the right) that feels like someone is twisting something and it lasts a few seconds then goes away. This has been going on for a couple days now. Back in December I had pain in the same area then it got worse and lower. When I went to the ER they said I had a cyst on my left ovary and that it had bled into my ovary. I'm wondering if I have another cyst. The pain is low and a couple inches above the bend in my leg. Anyone have any ideas? I'm already taking an antibiotic for a low-grade fever I had during my first week and still have about 3 days left of taking it.

It could be a cyst. I would call the dr and see what they think just to be on the safe side since you still are early in your recovery.

I would check with your doctor, I have been having left side pain from mid side clear down into my hip, my doc is doing an ultrasound next week, since I have been on 3 rounds of antibiotics for a pressure pain after urinating since surgery also, I am on my 4th round in 4 weeks now. They have trouble seeing my left ovary hopefully they will find something.
