Surgery tomorrow....4/9

So, I more than half way through my last work day before surgery. I can feel my nerves taking over. I am very anxious to be done with surgery and in recovery already.

I hope you all are doing good. I will be praying and sending love your way

Re: Surgery tomorrow....

Cgray722,

Take a few deep breaths and try to relax. Your surgery will be over before you know it and you'll be on the road to recovery. When you get home from work, keep yourself distracted by trying to find something you enjoy doing.

for your surgery and a quick, uneventful recovery.

Re: Surgery tomorrow....

Hi Cgray722 -

I know the night before surgery can be very stressful. Find a favorite DVD or two to watch, get some tea (if you can), and try to relax as best you can.

Good luck with your surgery. We will be waiting for you on the other side.

Re: Surgery tomorrow....

The night before surgery was a stressful one for me as well. I watched tv and tried not to think about it. Once the ball gets rolling tomorrow it will be over before you know it. Positive thoughts headed your way!

Re: Surgery tomorrow....

The wait is the worst! Hang in there, I found the last few days took forever, but once the day is there it will go quick!

Next thing you know you will be opening your eyes and it will be over.
