September 10,2010

So I am at my 6 week mark and I feel pretty good. I still have some pain and I know that is due to me doing to much. I am still very tired and if I could sleep all day I would. I decided against HRT b/c I hear about the side effects from it, so I am just taking it one day at a time.

Re: September 10,2010

Perhaps you can look into a more "organic" way of getting your energy back up. I would think eventually you wont feel as good if you are struggling to get through the day. I too feared HRT and was fortunate to keep my ovaries,,,but if they go kapute on me,,,I will look into natural ways to keep me going. Good luck

ps. I just googled natural ways to boost energy and I got a website "Chinese Holistic Health Exercises" and they have lists of everyday foods, and drinks that are to boost the energy level. Also to help in sleeping if that becomes a problem too. It also gives you a new breathing routine for a quick boost of energy. Hope you can find something good that might help.
