Valerian Drops?

I see alot of Sisters taking valerian drops for sleep. Where can you find them. Also what are some other OTC products for insominia and where do you find them.

Actually what you are looking for is valerian root. It is found in capsule form and can be swallowed or can be made into a tea and sipped. Quite frankly, I found the smell, for lack of a better word, unpleasant. I found the ones I took at my local GNC. I only took a few. I didn't have much success with them. Since it is an herbal product it may interfere with any prescriptions you are taking, if you are taking any. Before you try anything, please consult your doctor. Another product some take is melatonin. But, as I've said before, check with your doctor before trying anything.

I have been getting to sleep and staying asleep with the lavender-scented plug-in oil warmers. You shouldn't have to worry about any drug interaction with that.
