 Even having kept one or both ovaries, it can take a while for them to get up to speed. The first time we made love post-op it was more to see if the parts worked (at least for me). Though you've been cleared to resume sex, you're still recovering. See Will I Lose my Libido?
For me, it takes longer to get aroused even though the spontaneity has returned to our sex life - meaning more foreplay... which I like anyway. You and hubs might try setting the atmosphere (glass of wine, candles, perhaps wear something daring under your clothes), use lubrication as part of foreplay, and take it slow. Never underestimate foreplay. Also, you might want to experiment on yourself as to what turns you on - which touches work, which don't that used to.
Hopefully things will get back to what you expect. Will it be different? Possibly, especially if you had uterine contractions during orgasm, but it doesn't mean you can't have a rewarding sex life. If the lack of libido persists, talk to your doctor. It could be a hormone imbalance.
