Any sites like this for diabetics?

Does anyone know of a site like this one (+/-) for diabetics? A friend of ours was diagnosed with type II diabetes 2 weeks ago, and is pretty freaked out about what to do, what to expect, how to tell if he's in trouble, etc. This site has been such a great help to me - I'm hoping there's something like it out there for him.
